The Integration

Nondual Informed EMDR

Trauma healing, with a little more space around the story of “me”

Nondual Informed EMDR brings together EMDR’s nervous-system work with the nondual perspective.

Trauma has a way of weaving itself into our sense of who we are — beliefs like“I’m damaged” or “I can’t trust”. Rather than forcing anything, this work makes room for a quieter recognition: this is something I am experiencing — but perhaps it isn’t the whole of who I am.

No spiritual background or beliefs are required. The practice is simple: noticing bodily sensations, thoughts as they arise, the movement of emotion — and what happens when resistance to experience ceases. The direction of healing runs from“this happened to me, and it defines me” toward“this happened. It affected me deeply. And perhaps it doesn’t have to define who I am.”
